In creating The Inn at Montpelier great care has been given to retaining the architectural details, the ten fireplaces, the gracious front staircases, the glass fronted china cupboards, to name a few, have all been preserved. The Inn is part of Montpelier's National Historic Distric and takes us back to an era of gracious living. Everyone of our guestrooms is unique. Each has private bathroom, telephone, television and air conditioning and wireless internet to compliment the fine reproductions and antiques. We have a choice of king, queen and twin bedded rooms, many with wood burning fireplaces. Guests may wish to join others in our common rooms, play backgammon by the hearth in the game room or enjoy a quiet moment in the sun room.
