The 700 acres of Basin Harbor with over a mile of shoreline on Lake Champlain contain a main lodge, three smaller lodges, 77 distinctive studio to three-bedroom cottages, three restaurants featuring eclectic cuisine and weekly outdoor dinners, cocktail bars, conference facilities to accommodate groups up to 280 guests, an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, resort shops, an outdoor, heated Olympic-sized pool, a grass airstrip, boating activities and daily narrated cruises, a fitness center and spa services, extensive gardens, a comprehensive program for children as well as proximity to the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum. The property is an Audubon Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary and watchable wildlife abound. Basin Harbor Club is pet friendly. Pennie and Bob Beach, siblings, are the 4th generation of hosts maintaining the Beach Family tradition of hospitality since 1886. Please note, there is a 5 percent service fee to be charged at check-in. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. A Visa or MasterCard is required at check-in.
